I only received a part of my order:
This is due to the fact, that different products are produced in different factories and may get shipped separately. If you only received a part of your order, check your shipping confirmation to see the status of your items.
Sizes not available:
We are very sorry if your desired size is not currently available, we, unfortunately, do not have any authority or insight over the availability of certain sizes. Usually, however, the sizes should be available again after a little while, so check in again, after a couple of days.
The shipment of my order is taking very long:
If you are experiencing delays in your shipment, please contact the shipping company since we also do not have any more insight into the status of your order, apart from the shipping confirmation.
